Islami Bank Bangladesh Limited, the firstever Islamic shari’ah based bank in South East Asia, is looking for committed, self-driven, qualified and hardworking Bangladeshi nationals for appointment in the post of Field Officer for its Rural Development Scheme. Islami Bank Bangladesh Limited, through the Rural Development Scheme, has been working for economic development of the rural poor since long. The terms and conditions for appointment in the post are as under:

Educational Requirements
Minimum bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
Other Requirements
• Candidates working in any organizations must apply through proper channel.
• The male candidates only can apply for this post.
• No TA/DA will be allowed for appearing at the written /viva-voce test.
• Signatures as well as photographs in all stages of recruitment process should be quite identical.
• Incomplete and incorrect application will be considered as rejected.
Age Limits
Minimum 22 years on April 25, 2023 and maximum 30 years on March 25, 2020 (As per BRPD Circular Letter No-43, dated 02 November 2022). To ascertain the age, the date of birth as mentioned in the certificate of SSC or equivalent will be considered and no affidavit will be accepted to this effect.
Salary & Allowances
As per existing policy of the bank.
Probation period is 06 (six) months. On satisfactory completion of probation period, the service will be confirmed in the regular scale of pay.

Selection Procedure
• A short list will be prepared from among the intending candidates through extensive selection process.
• The short listed candidates will be invited to appear at the written/viva-voce test or for both of the cases.
• The decision of the hiring authority on any matter relating to recruitment shall be final.
• The authority reserves the right to accept/ reject any application without assigning any reason whatsoever.
• The authority reserves the right to cancel this advertisement or to amend any part thereof.

Eligible and interested candidates are required to apply through the bank’s website (career.islamibankbd.com) by providing necessary information side by side uploading the recent passport size photograph (JPG, size 100 kb), signature (JPG, size 50 kb), all academic certificates as well as NID card (JPG, size 200 kb) latest by 25 April, 2023. Application through hand delivery, courier or postal services will not be accepted.
Note
Candidates appointed in the post will be essentially required to run bicycle/motorcycle and should have the mentality to work in the rural area of the country as well as their job is transferable to any branch of the bank.
